  • Costs for offering the packages. (labeling and courier to agency)
  • Packing material.
  • Packing costs.
  • Pay costs.
  • Additional costs.

It is sometimes possible that our shipping costs are higher or lower than the actual shipping price of DPD, GLS or DHL.

The costs we incur to deliver are always higher than the shipping costs paid by the customer. We pay part of these costs to keep our shipping rates as attractive as possible.

Return costs are for the consumer. Unless otherwise agreed. PLEASE NOTE, we do not offer free returns.
